Government Udyam registration itself is free
The official Ministry of MSME portal states that Udyam Registration is free, paperless and based on self-declaration. Any Teja professional fee is only for optional assistance and must not be confused with a government registration fee.
Aadhaar
The official process uses Aadhaar verification for the relevant proprietor, partner or authorised person.
PAN / GST information
PAN and GST-linked information is used as applicable under the official process.
Business details
Prepare enterprise, activity, address and unit information before starting.
Official portal
Registration should be completed only through the Government of India Udyam portal or authorised government single-window systems.
